AI Enablement and Agent Platform

Rona use case 2 (1).png

Overview

Building on the migrated cloud data foundation, D&I Integrators is developing the retailer's in house AI agent capability end to end. The work spans preparing trusted data, establishing a reusable platform and codebase for building agents, developing purpose built agents for specific business needs, and bringing them together in a single governed hub. The result is a scalable foundation for delivering AI assistants across the organization, not a one off tool.

The Challenge

Without a shared platform, every new AI agent would need to be built from scratch, with its own data connections, governance, and access controls. That approach does not scale, and it leaves the organization with disconnected tools instead of a foundation it can build on.

the solution

01

Data Foundation

Curated, business ready data in the cloud warehouse gives every agent a single trusted source to draw answers from.

03

Agent Development

Purpose built agents created for real business needs, including construction plan analysis and executive reporting.

02

Platform and Codebase

A reusable framework and shared services let new agents be built and deployed quickly and consistently.

04

Centralized Agent Hub

A single, access controlled platform where teams discover and use agents, with usage tracked for visibility and oversight.

Why It Matters

Rather than building isolated tools, the retailer now has a governed, repeatable platform for launching new AI agents as new business needs emerge.
