Overview
D&I Integrators partnered with a beauty retailer to modernize how it accesses and uses analytics, rebuilding manual, spreadsheet based reports as live, self service reports inside ThoughtSpot. D&I translated complex existing Excel logic into trusted, automated calculations connected to the retailer's data platform, giving business teams accurate, current insights into product productivity and inventory health without the manual effort and version control risk of spreadsheets.
The Challenge
Supply Chain teams relied on manual, spreadsheet based reports to track product productivity and inventory health across U.S. and Canadian markets. Recreating these reports each cycle was time consuming and carried real version control risk, with no guarantee that the numbers matched the organization's established source of truth.
