We're looking for an experienced, motivated Data Engineer to join our team and help shape how data flows across our client projects — from ingestion to insight.
The Role
As a Data Engineer at D&I Integrators, you'll design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems that meet the needs of our clients. You'll work closely with data scientists, analysts, and fellow engineers to ensure data is organized, accessible, and ready for analysis — playing a key role in how our clients unlock business value from their data.
What You'll Do

Design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance data pipelines and ETL processes for client projects

Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure accurate, efficient data flow

Build and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance

Work with large datasets across platforms like Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, and Google Cloud to enable real-time and batch processing

Implement data quality monitoring and validation checks to ensure integrity and accuracy

Integrate structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data from multiple sources into analytics-ready datasets

Monitor pipelines and troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution

Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, pipelines, and architectural decisions

Stay current on data engineering trends and technologies, contributing to continuous improvement
What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field

3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, working with large-scale data processing, ETL pipelines, and cloud platforms

Strong experience with SQL and databases such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery

Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, with experience in data manipulation and ETL frameworks

Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS (Redshift, S3), Azure, Google Cloud, or Databricks

Hands-on experience with tools like Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, or DBT

Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and best practices in data architecture and security

Familiarity with BI tools such as ThoughtSpot or Power BI

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex data concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
