D&I THIS MONTH

Use Case Spotlight

This month, in one of our engagements we helped our client to consolidate their reporting process by implementing the current steps into Python. By consolidating reporting in the same instance the team increased speed and efficiency of their efforts. Educating them in this process also gives them the ability to consolidate more processes potentially starting a chain reaction of efficiency, in particular by reducing the workload from consolidating previous reports.

In our other engagements, we helped our clients embed ThoughtSpot into their own website to give their customers an improved BI experience in a familiar environment. 

Tips & Best Practices

At D&I, we are always looking for ways to make our clients' lives easier. This month we found what helped our clients was:

• One click to rule them all!! consolidating clients reporting processes from start to finish with minimal effort helps our clients distribute reports quicker, while also reducing the workload for employees

• Bring your clients along for the ride!! Communication with our clients via touchpoints, seminars, and documentation keeps them reassured, educated,  and prepares them for success
